Hello there, my name is Aaron. i am currently studying in cinema/communication at Dawson college. In this particular post only i will be discussing the importance and utility of Image resolution in photography. As a 7D DSLR owner i must say i have fallen in love with this camera. Shooting at a maximum of 18mps or 5184x3456 in resolution it makes it a perfect camera for any indie filmmakers and experienced photographers. Shooting in maximum resolution makes it hard as it shoots at a approximate 70- 130mb size per images, So owning a 15- 36gb memory card too store videos and images is a must for any serious photographers or filmmakers. 36gb memory cards could run you for an expensive 200-350$ so for any people who are just starting with it i recommend shooting at a standard low resolution ( 1mb - 10mb per jpegs) on the stock 8GB card that comes with the camera when you buy it.
